The Tip Top Solar Energy Center is a 110-megawatt solar energy project located in Lea County, New Mexico that will generate homegrown energy to meet New Mexico's growing demand for cleaner, more affordable, reliable electricity, while creating jobs and investing in Lea County.

Preparing for construction includes completing any remaining environmental surveys, establishing a Vegetation Management plan, working with our engineers to finalize the site layout, and executing any outstanding contracts.
